Shipping Policy

1. Free Shipping & Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Free shipping is available on all orders. 

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across India. 

2. Processing Time

  • Once payment is confirmed (or order is placed for COD), orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

  • A confirmation email or WhatsApp message—along with a tracking number—will be sent to you once your order ships. 

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Metro cities: Delivery within 2–4 business days from dispatch

  • Other urban areas: Delivery within 3–6 business days

  • Remote locations: Delivery may take 5–8 business days 

4. Failed Deliveries & Return to Sender

  • Please double-check your address before confirming your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unavailability, you’ll receive a message from us.

  • We can reship the package once you confirm the correct details—additional shipping charges may apply.

5. Customs, Duties & International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within India.

  • If you’re located overseas, please contact us via WhatsApp or email at care.eleganto@gmail.com, and we’ll help arrange international shipping at your expense.
